  a 26-day yachting course that is a must for young people wanting a career of adventure in the international charter Industry - an optional extra module is the STCW 95.

• Course for yacht hands
  Five day yacht hands course that introduces beginners who want to learn sailing. Experienced staff put you at ease so you feel confident enough to play an active role on the yacht. In this learn sailing course you will taught about sea terms, sails, rope work, safety at sea, man overboard techniques, distress signals, weather, rules of the road, helmsmanship and an introduction to navigation.

• Yacht Skipper course
  in this learn sailing course you will increase your navigation and sailing skills. The 5-day Yacht Skipper course is popular and effective. You will learn how to skipper a yacht in familiar waters, as well as some of the more advanced sailing skills including selection of sails; interpreting weather forecasts, mooring, dealing with emergency situations, night sailing and advanced navigation techniques.

• Coastal Skipper course
  You will sail 600 nautical miles to Richards Bay, Maputo and Inhaca Island. Ideal for competent Yacht Skippers who want to gain night sailing hours and mileage.
  
  It will turn you into an accomplished skipper and develop your ability to manage a crew and improve your navigation.
  
  These 10-day trips involve night sailing, pilotage, passage making, the role of the Skipper and handling adverse weather and emergency situations. This learn saling course is unique and not offered by any other schools.

Charter costs are approximately R600 (60 Euro) per day. Learn saling courses range from about R2500 (250 Euro) to R17 500(1750 Euro).
